Privacy policy

How the details you leave in the form on this site are used. Short and in plain English.

Updated 2 November 2026

Who is responsible for your data

The controller is Anna Nedellcu, London, United Kingdom. The UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 apply. For any question about your data, use the contact below.

What we collect and why

The form asks for your name, your phone number and your email address. We use it for one purpose: to reply to your request and talk about what you need.

The server also keeps the page you sent the request from and a fingerprint of your IP address. The address itself is not stored, only an irreversible transformation of it, purely to stop automated submissions.

Our lawful basis

For the form details, Article 6(1)(b) UK GDPR: processing is necessary for steps you ask us to take before a possible contract. We do not ask for separate consent, because you are the one who asked to be contacted.

For the IP fingerprint, Article 6(1)(f) UK GDPR: our legitimate interest in keeping the form free of automated submissions.

You are under no legal obligation to fill in the form. But without the fields marked with a star we have no way to reply.

Who else sees it

Besides the controller: the technical provider who maintains the site and the form, Cloudflare (hosting and the form), Google (sending notifications and the spreadsheet that receives requests) and Microsoft (our mailbox). They act only on our instructions. We do not sell your data or pass it to anyone else.

Where it goes

Your data may leave the United Kingdom: to the Republic of Moldova, where the technical provider is based, and to the United States or other countries where Cloudflare's and Google's servers operate.

These transfers are protected by the ICO's International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum, or by the UK-US data bridge where the US provider is certified. If you would like a copy of these safeguards, write to us.

How long we keep it

400 days from submission, then it is deleted automatically. You can ask for earlier deletion at any time.

What you can ask for

You have the right to ask us for access to your data, correction, erasure and restriction of use, to object to processing, and to receive a copy in a portable format.

Write to us and we will reply within one month. Requests are free of charge.

If you are unhappy

You can complain directly to us, using the contact below. We will acknowledge your complaint within 30 days and respond without undue delay.

You also have the right to contact the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the UK data protection regulator: ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint, phone 0303 123 1113.

Cookies and automated decisions

The site uses no cookies, carries no trackers and does not profile you. No decision about you is made automatically: a person replies to you.
